Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, you will translate user needs and behavioral insights into elegant, functional design solutions. - •Design user-centered experiences across web platforms, SaaS products, and digital interfaces with a focus on usability and clarity.
- •Translate complex workflows, datasets, and business requirements into simple, intuitive user journeys and interface designs.
- •Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs to support product development and iteration.
- •Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user goals.
- •Contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products and features.
- •Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and improve design decisions.
- •Leverage user behavior insights and product data to refine and optimize the user experience over time.
- •Support cross-functional initiatives where design plays a key role in driving engagement, retention, and growth.
- •3-6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design roles.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating both user experience thinking and high-quality visual/UI execution.
- •Experience designing for web applications, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy products.
- •Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, user-friendly design solutions.
- •Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent.
- •Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside product, engineering, and business teams.
- •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
- •A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- •Nice to have: experience in media, real estate, financial services, or data-driven products; exposure to analytics tools like Mixpanel; experience with design systems or AI-powered interfaces.
- •Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 depending on experience and location.
