About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Junior UX/UI Designer to join our Product & Design team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting thoughtful and elegant user experiences and visually appealing interfaces. As a Junior UX/UI Designer at EY, you will be involved in all phases of the design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and fellow Designers to shape how users interact with our digital products. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, allowing you to own parts of the product experience, contribute to design systems, and develop into a well-rounded product thinker. Your work will directly influence the usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal of our solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and user satisfaction.

- •1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products or SaaS
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and user-centered UI design
- •Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping
- •Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
- •Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- •Experience working with wireframes and high-fidelity visuals
- •Curiosity, humility, and a proactive attitude towards learning and iteration
- •Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining design decisions and accepting feedback
- •Proficiency in both French and English languages
- •Participate in user research activities, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights on user pain points and needs
- •Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- •Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Developers, and other Design team members to ensure cohesive product development
- •Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems, ensuring visual consistency across products
- •Iterate designs rapidly based on user feedback and internal reviews to enhance usability and aesthetics
- •Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices
- •Support the handoff process to development teams by providing clearly annotated files and detailed specifications
- •Participate in design reviews and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement
