■ 採用背景
近年、Goodpatchへ依頼される案件の幅はプロダクト・サービスデザインから戦略・組織デザインへと拡大しており、これまでデザインを積極的に取り入れていなかった企業・業界からのご相談も増えてきました。クライアントの課題は日々変化しており、既存のプロセスでプロジェクトを進めていくだけで本質的な価値を提供することはできません。そこで今回、UIにおける高い専門性を起点に、既存の手段にとらわれず自ら領域を広げて課題解決に取り組み続けるシニアUI/UXデザイナーを募集します。
■ 仕事内容
日本を代表する大手企業からスタートアップまで幅広いクライアントに対して、デザインパートナーとして並走します。プロジェクトではUI/UX領域の中心的役割を担い、戦略・要件定義フェーズからリリース後の改善まで携わっていただきます。クライアントの経営層・事業責任者・PdMなどと直接議論しながら意思決定を支援し、UXデザイナー、UIデザイナー、エンジニアなど複数職種のメンバーと協働して、プロジェクト全体のデザイン品質を担っていただきます。
■ チーム・案件
0→1案件とリニューアル案件がバランスよくあり、6ヶ月から1年を超える案件までプロジェクトの期間も様々です。1つの案件に対し3〜4名の異なる職種のメンバーがアサインされ、チームで協働して課題解決に向けてアプローチしていきます。

- •クライアントの経営層・事業責任者と議論し、事業課題や「なぜやりたいのか」を言語化してプロジェクトのゴールと課題を定義
- •定性的かつ定量的なゴールを設定（KGI/KPI）
- •プロダクトロードマップ設計とステークホルダーとの合意形成
- •UIを手段としてブランドと体験を一貫して設計。インターフェースの設計思想やトーン＆マナーを言語化
- •デザインシステム化し再現性のある仕組みを提供
- •リリース後の改善・グロースを主導し事業成果につなげる
- •UI/UXデザイナーチームのナレッジ循環やメンバー育成への貢献
- •本質的な価値作り：デザインをWhyから考えるので、働きかけ次第で戦略・課題設計から提案・設計・実装・グロースまで一貫して関われます
- •土台づくりや大規模なリニューアル：新規事業立ち上げやフルリニューアル、ブランド刷新、デザインシステムの構築など、プロダクトやブランドの方針を再定義する案件に携われる機会が豊富にあります
- •多様な業種・多様なフェーズへの挑戦：スタートアップから大企業まで、既存事業・新規事業、B2C・B2B、さらには行政案件まで関われます
- •成長するための環境と文化：毎週のチーム定例や半期に一度の全社プロジェクト結果シェアなど、ナレッジをチームへ循環させる文化があります
