現在、プロダクトマネージャーが製品の方向性と要件定義を担当しており、UIデザイナーとして、PdMやエンジニアと協働しながら使いやすく美しいインターフェースを創り上げる役割を担っていただきます。
事業拡大に伴い、デザイナーに取り組んでいただきたい課題：

チーム体制：プロダクトマネージャーが要件定義を主導しますが、デザイナーの意見も積極的に取り入れながら、共に使いやすいUIを模索していきます。UXリサーチや大枠の要件整理はPdM側で対応するため、UIデザインに集中できる環境です。
コミュニケーション：PdMが要件を整理した上でデザイナーと議論し、より良いUIを一緒に創り上げていきます。定例的な朝会等は不要で、必要に応じてPdM・エンジニアと連携します。
成長機会：経験豊富なPdMと協働することで、BtoBサービスのデザインノウハウを学べます。将来的にはデザインシステムの構築など、より上流の業務にも挑戦可能です。
リモート：業務委託の場合はフルリモート可能、社員の場合は週3日程度の出社を推奨しています。
※業務委託の場合、0.5か月以上の稼働でご依頼させていただきます。
[開発環境・サポート]
Figma、各種デザインツール、AIツール（Claude等）の利用費用は会社が負担します。PdMがしっかりと要件を整理した上で、デザイナーの意見を取り入れながら、より良いプロダクトを創る環境を提供します。

- •dMと共に使いやすさを追求したUIを模索する
- •エンジニアと実装可能性を確認しながらデザインを調整する
- •ユーザーフィードバックを基に継続的に改善する
- •UIデザインの実務経験（3年以上）
- •Figmaの基本的な操作スキル
- •Webアプリケーションのデザイン経験
