Sr. Web Designer

Sr. Web Designer North- Remote, US What you'll be doing: Concept, design and deliver innovative and effective creative solutions for print, web and digital media channels (direct mail, print, email, digital banners, landing pages, forms, etc.) Proactively assess, suggest improvements and concept campaigns targeted to unique audiences. Responsible for multiple projects from start to finish across brands and mediums. Maintain knowledge of company products and services, and understand marketing goals for multiple brands. Maintain knowledge of trends and brand marketing with a focus on the payments industry. Participate in Marketing Department meetings and proactively contribute ideas. Ad-hoc projects as assigned. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree in Design or related subject or equivalent work experience. Minimum (8) years’ experience crafting best-in-class designs. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Top-notch portfolio of your design work that shows the depth and breadth of your expertise. Strong attention to detail skills with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics. Ability to innovate and think critically. Knowledge of responsive design and user interface design. Exceptional organizational, communication and collaboration skills. Excellent English and grammar skills, and a comfort with developing simple messaging based on content. Good multitasking skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range: $105,000- $155,000 Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
