This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer to shape high-performing email experiences for leading ecommerce and consumer brands. In this role, you will create visually compelling and conversion-focused email campaigns that support customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Working in a collaborative, fully remote environment, you will partner with strategists, marketers, and creative professionals to deliver impactful digital experiences across multiple client accounts. The position offers a high level of autonomy, exposure to innovative direct-to-consumer brands, and the chance to influence creative direction through data-informed design decisions. Accountabilities: Design engaging and high-performing email campaigns, automated lifecycle flows, and retention marketing assets for ecommerce and consumer-focused brands. Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual systems that align with brand guidelines while supporting customer engagement and business objectives. Deliver conversion-focused designs that enhance retention strategies and improve the overall customer journey. Collaborate closely with retention strategists, marketers, copywriters, and creative stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Manage projects from concept development through final delivery while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all assets. Create motion-based creative elements, including GIFs and lightweight animations, to enhance user engagement and campaign performance. Participate in creative reviews by providing constructive feedback and contributing ideas to improve design quality and execution. Incorporate performance insights and data-driven recommendations into creative solutions to optimize effectiveness. Support occasional internal marketing initiatives and business development projects as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative workflows, processes, and team collaboration. Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in digital design, preferably within ecommerce, direct-to-consumer brands, retention marketing, or agency environments. Demonstrated expertise in designing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle retention programs. Strong understanding of visual design principles, including branding, typography, layout, hierarchy, and customer-centric creative development. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, design systems, and auto-layout functionality. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools. Motion design capabilities, including the creation of GIFs and familiarity with tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in remote and international environments. Professional fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently in a business setting. Availability to collaborate during standard U.S. Eastern Time business hours. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant email marketing, ecommerce, retention, and digital design projects is required.
