CoAd is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. We’re building a UX organization with strong leadership support and a clear role in shaping product direction - not just executing within it. Our platform is evolving, our design system is growing, and our approach to AI is still being shaped. Your work will directly influence how all of it develops. The experiences you design will be used every day by people doing essential work - and your contribution will make those experiences clearer, simpler, and more human.

Take ownership of complex, high-impact experiences.

This is a hands-on senior role for designers who think in systems, execute with craft, and thrive in complex, high-stakes environments. You’ll shape workflows that must be clear, resilient, and dependable under real-world conditions.

Lead through doing.

You’ll work closely with UX leadership, product, and engineering, contributing directly to design work while helping define how our team evolves - including how we use AI in practice.
