Senior Product Designer Atlanta, Georgia · Design Summary TInyspark is building a new communications platform that helps brands and creators create deeper, more meaningful relationships with their audiences. Our product combines video storytelling, AI, customer intelligence, and commerce into a single, mobile-first experience. It serves both the people creating content and the people experiencing it—requiring equal attention to powerful creative tools and remarkably intuitive consumer experiences. We’re a very small team. The bar is high. We move quickly, debate ideas openly, obsess over quality, and ship. The role This is a role for a designer who doesn't stop at the handoff: someone who uses AI-assisted tools (Figma, Claude, etc) to get closer to the build, produce functional prototypes, and reduce the distance between design intent and the experience brought to life on mobile, desktop, or even TV. You'll own end-to-end design across our core app and platform experience — from early-stage problem framing through shipped, production-quality work. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional product team, partnering closely with the creative director and engineering, while maintaining a strong independent design perspective and high craft bar. This isn't a role for someone who waits for a brief. You'll define the problem as often as you solve it. What you'll do Research, concept, design, and prototype new product experiences, bringing clarity and craft to complex challenges. Move confidently from concept to execution, and you understand that the handoff to engineering is part of bringing the design to life, not the end of it. Leverage AI and AI-assisted tools throughout your process — to accelerate research synthesis, generate and evaluate design directions, build expressive prototypes, and reduce friction between design intent and shipped product. Know when to use AI tools to amplify your thinking, and when craft and judgment require a slower hand. Design across the full fidelity spectrum, from rough conceptual frames to pixel-level specs. Communicate design decisions with clarity to engineers, the creative director, and founder. Distill highly complex systems into clean, focused solutions, and you hold the bar on visual quality, consistency, and detail every step of the way. What we're looking for 8+ years of product design experience shipping consumer-scale or B2B SaaS products. An excellent portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX, UI, and visual design on mobile and desktop platforms. Deep command of visual and interaction design principles, including typography, color, and layout. Ability to use AI-assisted prototyping or development tools to produce functional, testable and implementable design artifacts. Expertise designing iOS app experiences end-to-end: clear understanding of the Apple design aesthetic, iOS development patterns and constraints. Familiarity with the martech category — marketing CRM, customer engagement, lifecycle systems, or adjacent products. Strong communicator and presenter, able to clearly articulate and defend decisions to engineers and senior leadership.
