Senior Product Designer, AI Creative

📄Description

About Hightouch Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasnt previously possible.

Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Dominos, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.

At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If youre energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, wed love to meet you.

Why this role matters Youll be designing the future of agentic marketing at a critical inflection point. Were not just moving data anymore. Were building AI agents that make real-time, data-driven decisions across entire customer journeys. This is 0-1 product work in a space where the rules are still being written.

The opportunity is massive. Hightouch is investing heavily in Agents, and youll be on the team doing the groundbreaking work. Were talking about tools that blend first-party data with machine learning models to unlock outcomes that were literally impossible before. Fast-moving, high-stakes, high-reward.

The design team Were a talented team spanning coast to coast, all remote-first. Youll grow faster here because we dont have layers of process or bureaucracy slowing you down. You ship. You learn. You iterate. Repeat.

How we work: Weekly crits: Bring your work, get constructive feedback from relevant stakeholders. Design jams: We jam on the big stuff as a team (color palettes, new patterns, practice retros). Design system: Weve invested in our system since day one. Expanding library, regular sync with engineering. Design cooldown: Bi-weekly sessions where we experiment with new tools, run design exercises, and work on side projects that have nothing to do with our roadmap. Past activities include building interactive prototypes in Framer, exploring AI design tools, and collaborative illustration sessions. We dont just talk about craft. We live it. Check out our 2025 recap to see a sample of what we shipped last year.

Youll be surrounded by talented and collaborative folks, which means youre constantly learning from people who challenge the way you think. No stagnation here.

What youll do Youll create and iterate on powerful tools for marketing teams using our Agents product suite. This means:

0-1 innovation: Youre building new products in uncharted territory. Rapid iteration: Demonstrate your thinking through rapid designs and prototypes, not endless presentations. Product strategy: Youll connect directly with customers through research sessions, synthesize insights from usage data and feedback, and use that understanding to influence product direction and prioritization. Your voice will shape what we build. Live collaboration: Youll work directly with other designers, engineers, and PMs to define product details as a team. High growth: We dont expect you to know everything. We expect you to learn fast. What you bring 6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces (bonus: B2B data or marketing products). Curiosity about AI: Youre tinkering with new technologies constantly. Youre not just watching AI from the sidelines. Craft excellence: Your visual, UI, and interaction skills are sharp. You can take a user problem from idea to high-fidelity solution. Team player mentality: Youre kind, humble, and assume good intentions. You seek to understand before reacting. Figma proficiency required. Bonus if youre comfortable in Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code. The reality check This role is not for everyone. If you need clear guardrails, slow iteration cycles, or a mature product to optimize, this isnt it. Were in rapid experimentation mode. Things are ambiguous. Youll need to be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating based on what we learn.

But if you want to work on products that didnt exist six months ago, with a team that moves fast and trusts you to own your domain, this is the place.

Interview process Recruiter screen [30m]: Intro call. Manager screen [30m]: First conversation with Elliot, who leads the product design team, to learn more about your history and career trajectory. Team portfolio review [30m]: Review of your previous work. Design exercise [60m]: Live exercise well run through together where well give you a problem and want to see how you begin breaking it down. No homework. Just jamming live on a problem similar to how we work daily. Follow-up 1:1s [30m]: Meet members of the team to wrap up any final questions. FAQs This role is remote for North America. Optional offices in NY, SF, Charlotte We dont use formal levels at Hightouch. "Senior" is a placeholder. Your compensation will match your actual experience and skills, and well scope the role to fit your capabilities. We have limited inbound applications to one application per candidate. You will be auto-rejected if you apply to multiple roles. Please only apply to the position you are most qualified for. E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, well verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security.
