IT ZONE HUB TECHNOLOGIES Company is hiring an experienced Figma Graphic Designer with strong, hands-on expertise in Figma for UI/UX and visual design. This position is strictly for candidates with proven professional experience working on real projects using Figma. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, scalable designs and collaborating closely with internal teams. Freshers or candidates without relevant professional experience should not apply. Key Responsibilities: Design user interfaces and visual assets using Figma for web and mobile platforms Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides in Figma Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs Ensure design consistency, usability, and scalability across products Revise and improve designs based on feedback and usability requirements Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best design practices Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer Strong, hands-on expertise in Figma is mandatory Proven experience working on real-world projects (portfolio required) Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and color theory Experience with responsive design and developer handoff workflows Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Candidates without relevant Figma experience will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in product-based or digital-first companies Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards Experience in branding or marketing design is an advantage Salary and Budget Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience, skills, and portfolio) Final compensation will be decided based on experience and interview performance.
