Zur Verstärkung suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Senior Creative Designer in Vollzeit.
Aufgaben
Du erstellst Creatives (Static, Video und Animationen) für Social Advertising Kampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok, die die Performance unserer Kampagnen maßgeblich beeinflussen
Du konzipierst, zusammen mit unserem Strategy Team, Creative Konzepte, die sich von der Masse abheben und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um
Du bleibst stetig auf der Suche nach aktuellen Trends und bringst eigene, kreative Ideen mit ein
Du verantwortest deine eigene Projektarbeit in einem definierten Umfang (und lebst dabei unsere Qualitätsstandards vor - und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
Qualifikation
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Creative-Produktion für Paid Social (Static, Video, Animation) auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok
Du hast bereits Designer:innen fachlich angeleitet, gecoacht oder betreut und weißt, wie gutes Feedback wirkt
Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere Premiere Pro und After Effects
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Standards nicht nur zu halten, sondern aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
Du pflegst einen selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität
Du kommunizierst klar und auf Augenhöhe - im Feedback genauso wie im Reporting an deinen Lead
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
