Deine Aufgaben
Entwicklung und Umsetzung klickstarker Ad Creatives für diverse digitale Formate (Static, Motion, Video, Social, Display)
Konzeption und Produktion KI-gestützter Visuals und Videos unter Einsatz modernster Tools für Bild, Motion und Videogenerierung
Gestaltung performance-orientierter Creatives mit Fokus auf Attention-Hooks und visuelle Storytelling-Prinzipien
Eigenständige Erstellung und Iteration von Content basierend auf Kampagnenzielen, Zielgruppen-Insights und Performance-Learnings
Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Creatives in enger Abstimmung mit den Marketing- und Performance-Teams
Deine Skills
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design mit klarem Fokus auf Ad Creatives, Kampagnen-Assets und visuelle Performance
Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für klickstarke Visuals, Motion Design, Timing und Storytelling-Strukturen
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design- und Motion-Tools wie Figma und After Effects
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Generierung von Bildern, Videos und Motion-Assets
Routine in der schnellen Produktion und Iteration unterschiedlicher Formate und Varianten unter Zeitdruck
Hoher ästhetischer Anspruch in Kombination mit einer lösungsorientierten Hands-on-Mentalität
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C1/C2-Niveau) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
