Nuestro cliente, reconocida organización de la sociedad civil dedicada a la conservación, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Secretario/a Ejecutivo/a
Objetivos del cargo: Contribuir de manera integral a la gestión del directorio y del equipo, asegurando una coordinación ordenada de reuniones, flujos de información, reportabilidad y vÃnculos con socios, consultores y proveedores. Este rol es clave para mantener el avance del plan de trabajo, apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas del directorio y fortalecer la operación institucional de la organización.
Funciones:
Apoyo al directorio de la Fundación y Grupos de Trabajo. Coordinación con Consultores, Proveedores y Socios. Gestión de Calendario, Reportes y Cumplimiento de Plazos. Seguimiento Financiero y Gestión de Fondos. Comunicaciones Institucionales. Seguimiento del Plan de Trabajo y Progreso del Proyecto.
Requisitos:
Experiencia en apoyo ejecutivo a directorios y alta dirección, en organizaciones sin fines
de lucro, y conocimiento de gobernanza, reportabilidad y regulaciones del sector.
Gestión de calendarios, reuniones, agendas, minutas, seguimiento de acuerdos, y
reportes.
Coordinación entre liderazgo, socios técnicos, y consultores/proveedores. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita, con dominio avanzado de inglés (nivel C1 o
equivalente).
Capacidad para redactar actas, minutas, informes y comunicaciones formales. Habilidad para organizar información compleja, priorizar tareas y elevar oportunamente
temas crÃticos al directorio.
Organización de documentación presupuestaria y preparación de reportes. Experiencia o capacidad para realizar rendiciones de fondos a donantes. Capacidad para apoyar la formulación y presentación de postulaciones a financiamiento. Familiaridad general con conservación, protección de hábitat o manejo de tierras (no se
requiere conocimiento técnico).
Se trata de un cargo considerado de Media Jornada (entre 15 y 20 horas semanales) en modalidad remota.
