✨THE ROLE
The Sales Assistant is the operational backbone of the US
sales team. You'll provide hands-on administrative, coordination, and customer
support to the VP of Global Sales — keeping the department running smoothly,
accurately, and on time across residential and Strategic Partner (SP) channels.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to wing it, work
independently without structure, or stay at arm's length from the details. It's
a role for someone who finds real satisfaction in making sure nothing falls
through the cracks someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through without
being asked twice, and genuinely enjoys being the person others can count on.

KEY
📄RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day, you will:
•
Provide administrative support to the VP of Global Sales, calendar
management, scheduling, travel coordination, and communications
•
Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and
customer-facing materials for residential and SP accounts
•
Own CRM data entry, lead tracking, and pipeline management,
data must be accurate and current at all times
•
Coordinate between the sales team and the SP network,
including onboarding new partners and managing ongoing communication
