Job Title: Remote UI/UX Developer Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Work From Home Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces that enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into seamless, attractive digital products. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas. Develop clean, responsive, and accessible UI components using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Implement UX best practices to ensure a consistent and user-friendly interface across all platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer, preferably in a remote setting. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus. Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. Nice to Have: Experience with animation tools and motion design. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow). Knowledge of mobile-first and cross-platform development strategies. Ability to conduct A/B testing and data-driven design decisions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Work Location: Remote
