- •Lead the full design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
- •Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into impactful design solutions.
- •Conduct user interviews and usability tests to advocate for user needs.
- •Contribute to and refine our design system for consistency and accessibility.
- •Facilitate workshops, critiques, and reviews to foster design excellence.
- •Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients throughout project phases.
- •5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- •Proven expertise in PropTech, Real Estate, or FinTech sectors.
- •Proficiency in Figma; experience with Sketch, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- •Familiarity with prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- •Analytical mindset to interpret research and analytics.
