About Us We The Flywheel (WTF) is a private digital product studio active across sports media, technology, fitness, and personal branding. We operate 500+ web properties across 42 markets and are deeply embedded in AI-native workflows. Our HQ is remote-first with team members in Vietnam, Europe, the Balkans, and Latin America. The Role We're looking for a Production Designer — someone who turns briefs into polished, on-brand assets at speed, using AI design tools as part of their daily craft. You'll execute across our portfolio of brands: marketing graphics, social and ad creative, presentation decks, and simple motion — keeping everything consistent and production-tight. Remote from Jakarta or anywhere in Indonesia. You'll work directly with our brand and design leads, shipping high-quality work in volume with AI in the loop. What You'll Do ▶Produce on-brand marketing and social assets at volume — static graphics, ad creative, simple motion, and presentation decks ▶Adapt brand systems across formats and channels, keeping every asset consistent and pixel-tight ▶Use AI design tools daily (Figma, Firefly, Midjourney/FLUX) to move from brief to polished output fast ▶Take direction from brand/design leads, iterate quickly on feedback, and keep a clean, organized file system Who You Are ✓Strong production craft — typography, layout, spacing, and a sharp eye for detail ✓Fluent in Figma (Adobe suite a plus); comfortable building from an existing brand system ✓An AI-native designer who uses generative tools to amplify output, not replace taste ✓Reliable and fast — you hit deadlines and keep work consistent across a high volume of assets ✓Strong written English for async collaboration Experience (Preferred, Not Required) ○A portfolio showing brand, marketing, or production design work ○Experience producing social or ad creative at volume ○Familiarity with motion/animation basics (After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar) ○Background in an agency, studio, or in-house brand team Work Location: Remote
