📄Description
Produce production-ready wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma for MySantika, working within existing design systems. Design and ship landing pages and CMS-based sites for other Kompas Gramedia units (Lestari, YBBS, Bentara Budaya). Turn briefs into delivery quickly across mobile app, web, and CMS: map user flows and document states and edge cases for clean engineer handoff. Support user research such as NPS and usability testing, including synthesis of findings. Maintain design quality and consistency across products, iterating on feedback from designers, PMs, and stakeholders across multiple business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, marketing, customer service) through the design and launch of new features. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent (all majors) from reputable universities; strong self-taught candidates welcome. Curious, positive, and customer-oriented. 2+ years of product or UI design experience, with a portfolio of shipped work (case studies showing process, not only final visuals). Independent and production-ready: able to run from a brief with light supervision and manage own tasks when priorities shift quickly. Strong Figma proficiency (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping), with solid mobile, web, and landing-page or CMS design pattern knowledge. Keen attention to detail: able to think through empty, error, expired, and edge states, not just the happy path. Familiarity with AI-assisted design and productivity tools, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS, will be a plus.
