About the role
As Formless expands beyond simple lead capture into more advanced sales qualification and research interviews, we are looking for a craft strong individual contributor to help bring clarity, consistency, and trust to these new experiences.
You will shape full journey experiences for agent driven products, strengthen edge cases, and align design decisions with real technical constraints and phased roadmaps. Your work will help Sales Agent deliver efficient lead capture, qualification, and handoff, and help Research Agent produce credible, repeatable qualitative insights.
This is where you will come in. You will help turn emerging agent concepts into dependable, scalable experiences that teams and customers can trust, while shaping the design foundations that future use cases will build on.

- •Design clear and trustworthy agent experiences across Sales and Research use cases• Pair closely with a Senior Product Designer to align on intent and shared patterns• Own execution from specs to prototyping and design reviews• Keep product managers and engineers closely aligned on scope and feasibility• Systemize journeys and interaction patterns as Formless scales into new scenarios• Identify and harden edge cases so experiences feel reliable and predictable• Use and contribute to the Echo design system to create scalable and accessible patterns• Run usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations• Present design decisions and rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
- •5 or more years of experience in digital product design• Strong experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross functional teams• Specialism in zero to one product development, not only feature improvements• Confidence across the full design process, from discovery through execution• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a focus on clarity and usability• Hands on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback• Experience designing AI based or adaptive products• Experience working with design systems, including contributing new patterns• Proven experience designing SaaS products, ideally for marketer focused tools• A solid portfolio with clear, well structured case studies• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Fluency in English
