About Anvara
Anvara is the marketplace where brands discover, evaluate, and close sponsorship deals across sports & live events. We work with brands like Delta, Brex, Kalshi, GoPuff, BeReal, and properties like the Chicago Cubs, Colorado Rockies, LAFC, the Wynn, and Major League Pickleball.
We've raised $4M from Game Changers Ventures - Roger Ehrenberg's $100M sports-tech fund. Roger was a seed investor in Trade Desk ($30B), Datadog ($40B) and Wise ($9B). We're also backed by Marquee Ventures (Chicago Cubs ownership group), Sequel, Bryan Rosenblatt (early investor in Robinhood, ClickUp, Carta), Jonathan Opdyke (founded and sold a company for $250M), and other industry heavyweights on both the brand and property side.
Sponsorship is a $100B+ global market that still runs on cold emails, spreadsheets, and handshake deals. There's no centralized place to buy it the way you buy digital media. We're building that place.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the look and feel of our marketplace. You'll shape how brands discover opportunities and how properties sell their inventory - designing flows that make complex, high-value transactions feel simple. You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team, ship quickly, and see your work in front of real users within days.
The role is Full-Time and Remote or In-Person NYC.

- •Turn ambiguous product problems into clean, intuitive interfaces
- •Build and maintain our design system alongside engineering
- •Prototype, test, and iterate fast based on real user feedback

- •Expert-level Figma skills (required)
- •3+ years of product design experience, ideally on B2B or marketplace products
- •Strong UX and UI fundamentals - you sweat the details and understand the whole flow
- •A portfolio that shows shipped work, not just concepts
- •Comfort working fast and independently in an early-stage startup
- •Bonus: experience with design systems, SaaS dashboards, or complex transactional products
- •Own design at a category-defining startup from the ground up
