ÜBER SCHORR MASCHINEN
SCHORR Maschinen ist ein deutscher Anbieter für Hochhubwagen, Mini-Dumper, Häcksler, Holzspalter, Kehrmaschinen und weitere Profi-Maschinen. Wir verkaufen direkt — über unseren Webshop, telefonisch und über Marktplätze. Unsere Kunden reichen vom Garten- und Landschaftsbauer über Werkstätten bis zu Großkonzernen, Kommunen und Feuerwehren.
Wir investieren laufend in einen modernen Marketing-Aufbau über Performance-Kanäle wie Google Ads und Meta Ads — und in den systematischen Ausbau unserer Produkt- und Marken-Unterlagen.
✨DEINE ROLLE
Du gestaltest unsere visuellen Marken-Auftritte über alle Touchpoints — von Werbeanzeigen über Produkt-Datenblätter bis zu sonstigen Marketing-Materialien. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Marketing-Team zusammen. Moderne Tools, inklusive KI-gestützter Workflows, unterstützen dich bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben.
Aufgaben

Werbeanzeigen (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Gestaltung von statischen und animierten Anzeigen
Videobearbeitung und Cutting für Social-Media-Formate
Adaption für verschiedene Formate und Plattformen
Mitarbeit bei Creative-Iterationen
Datenblätter und produktbezogene Unterlagen
Erstellung und Pflege von Produkt-Datenblättern (PDF)
Aktualisierung bestehender Materialien (Specs, Bilder, Layout)
Aufbereitung weiterer produktbezogener Unterlagen
Marken-Pflege
Visuelle Konsistenz über alle Touchpoints sichern
Pflege von Design-Templates und Brand-Assets
Bildbearbeitung, Freisteller, Retusche
Sonstige Design-Aufgaben
Webseite-Grafiken und Banner
Newsletter-Visuals
Sonstige Marketing-Materialien nach Bedarf
Qualifikation
✨WAS DU MITBRINGST
Pflicht
Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediengestaltung, Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder ähnlich (laufend oder abgeschlossen)
Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) oder vergleichbaren Tools
Auge für Detail, Brand-Konsistenz, sauberes Handwerk
Sehr gutes Social Media Verständnis
Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gutes Deutsch in Schrift und Verständnis
15–25 Stunden pro Woche Verfügbarkeit, mindestens 12 Monate
Wünschenswert
Erfahrung in Videobearbeitung / Cutting, insbesondere für Social-Media-Formate (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve oder vergleichbar)
Erfahrung mit Performance-Ads-Gestaltung (statisch und animiert, Multi-Format)
Grundkenntnisse in Motion Design (After Effects oder vergleichbar)
Erfahrung mit modernen KI-Tools im Design-Workflow
