Your Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer for Paid and Organic Social Media to help us build a global lovebrand for millions of learners and students worldwide. You’ll have the freedom to create new ideas, freedom to explore new creative approaches and learn new skills. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Design Lead and Paid Marketing team to create ads and content that perform, while maintaining strong design quality and brand consistency. The role Create paid and organic social media content (video and static) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Google Ads. Actively research and identify trends, formats, sounds and cultural moments relevant to students. Write and develop ad scripts in German and English. Turn concepts into finished creatives using tools like CapCut, VEED, Jitter or similar. Contribute new ideas for hooks, scripts and formats Collaborate with performance marketing to understand how creatives perform and iterate accordingly. You’ll create and edit short-form video content, carousels and posts Apply and maintain our brand guidelines across all outputs What you need to succeed Fluent in German and English (German copywriting skills are important) You understand Gen Z and student culture in Germany You understand what hits on social media, and what feels forced or cringe You’re proactive and bring ideas instead of waiting for tasks You have a good understanding of design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, layout, colour) You are interested in using AI tools to work faster and smarter Our Tech Stack Why StudySmarter?
