Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Preferred) Interior Design: 1-3 years (Required) Sketchup (Expert level) (Required) Rendering and Modeling (Expert level) (Required) Drafting (Expert level) Millwork drawings (Expert) Bilingual (Spanish / Preferred) - Minimum of 1-3 years experience in high end residential interior design - High level of detail, organization and professionalism - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Creativity and design ability is required in addition to technical expertise Flexibility is a requirement in order to accomplish mandatory deadlines of construction, architectural and millwork documents Interior elevations, interior flooring documents, RCP's, furniture layouts, sections and details will be required The candidate must be able to model furniture, custom architectural and interior design in Sketchup. - Ideal candidate is reliable, self motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting IMPORTANT: - Experience in: STRONG RENDERING SKILLS REQUIRED, SKETCHUP, REVIT, MILLWORK DRAWINGS AND EXPERIENCE IN FURNITURE SELECTION.
