Instructional Designer/ Content Creator ( f/m/d)

We are seeking a (Senior) Instructional Designer creating learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations https://www.linkedin.com/in/sararonzero/, and collaborate closely with Sales, design and a team of experienced Learning Consultants and Customer Success Manager.

This is a very hands-on role. You will do strategic content development but also (managing) translating E-Learning, Re-branding or creating slides.

Tasks

Operations & project management

Structure learning content and assets (Live Sessions, E-Learnings and Social Learning Programs) in a scalable way

Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers and work closely with our Learning Consultants/CSMs

Source and collaborate closely with the Crème de la Crème of AI and Digital Transformation Experts and team-up to build the best learning programs in their fields.

Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.

Learning Consulting and program design

Convert up- and reskilling needs of our customers into programs (Live-online, live, E-Learning or Blended Learning) that bring an actual Return on Investment for them.

Source and Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.

Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.

You build E-Learning Content, Live Sessions and Blended Learning Journeys in Tools like Articulate Rise, Sana and/or Canva.

Content Creation

Create Slides, E-Learnings and other multi-media contents (with AI)

You will also have the opportunity to create marketing content like social media postings, e-books and blog-articles in collaboration with our marketing team

Your impact:

Influence the design quality of enterprise programs measured by NPS

Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcome for enterprise customers like hours back to the business or confidence in AI Adoption.

Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers

Requirements

Necessary:

3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or content creation in an agency, consulting.

Your are located in Europe

You are familiar with workin in customer-facing projects and setups

Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts

"Who if not you". You have Experience in a Startup with between 10-50 employees. You are motivated to take ownership and shape this company together.

Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions

Documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, we document all processes to ensure seemless handovers and sync amongst team members.

Nice-to-have:

Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support

UX- or Design-Background

Training or workshop facilitation skills.

Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies

Data-driven mindset and ability to read and build reports.
