Work Schedule and Location Location: This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the DC/MD/VA area. Who You Are & What Youll Do The Instructional Designer will be a core member of a dynamic team responsible for the comprehensive modernization of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) training curriculum. You will collaborate within the development teams to write storyboards, scripts, and interactive assessments for the 25 target eLearning modules based on the redesigned curriculum. What You Bring to the Table - Requirements Minimum Experience: 4+ years of relevant professional experience. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or English. Strong technical writing capabilities. Experience turning highly technical, legal, or procedural regulatory documents into digestible course ow. Working in a Government contracting environment experience requested. Recent USPTO and Patent program experience preferred. Why Join Team Carney?
