Visual Designer / Graphic Designer (Fully Remote) We’re looking for a creative and passionate Visual Designer / Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is open to fresh graduates and offers the flexibility of working fully remote . As a Visual Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life through visually compelling illustrations that align with client briefs, creative direction, and brand goals. You’ll collaborate closely with team leads, art directors, and fellow creatives to deliver high-quality visuals across a variety of projects. What You’ll Do Conceptualize and create original illustrations based on client briefs, design requirements, and creative direction Collaborate with team leads, art directors, and co-illustrators to understand project goals and deliver visuals that meet client expectations Apply both traditional and digital illustration techniques to produce impactful, high-quality artwork Create and refine illustrations using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively to improve final outputs What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Artist, or similar role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply) A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of illustration styles and techniques Proficiency in digital illustration and advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Strong artistic fundamentals, including composition, color, and attention to detail Solid understanding of design principles and how to apply them in illustrations Good communication and collaboration skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Flexibility and openness to feedback and revisions Willingness to explore and leverage tools such as AI-generated art Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique visual concepts Why Join Us?
