We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Designer to lead and elevate our visual communications across the Asia region. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented designer who understands the demands of a fast-paced financial trading environment and can translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant visual solutions. You will play a key role in shaping regional creative output while ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market nuances. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of creative assets for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion where applicable Translate complex financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals Collaborate closely with regional marketing, product, and trading teams to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing communications Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and regional compliance standards Adapt global creative concepts for local markets, accounting for cultural, language, and market-specific considerations Mentor and provide creative guidance to agency designers or regional partners where required Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality in a deadline-driven environment Proactively contribute to the evolution of the brand by identifying opportunities to improve design systems, templates, and workflows Essential: 6–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading, or similarly regulated industries Fluency in English and Chinese Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital, branding, and marketing materials Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva); motion or video tools are a plus Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems Experience working with regional or international markets; familiarity with Asia-Pacific audiences is highly desirable Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones and cultures Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly Desired: Experience working in a trading, investment, or financial markets environment Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial marketing Experience with design systems and scalable brand frameworks Familiarity with digital product or UI design is an advantage
