Hey - ich bin Julian, Gründer von retentionclub. Seit über 4 Jahren dreht sich bei mir alles um eine Frage: Wie wird aus einem einmaligen Käufer ein echter Fan? Ich baue Kundenbindung für E-Commerce-Brands, jeden Tag, mit Leidenschaft.
Ich suche jemanden mit echtem Grafik-Handwerk - kein Fließband-Job, sondern Verantwortung für Designs, die live bei unseren Kunden laufen. Kein "mach mal die Vorlage bunter", sondern eigene Templates, eigener Stil, echtes Feedback.

Aufgaben
Layouts für E-Mails & digitale Inhalte gestalten - von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Template
Typografie, Farben, Abstände, Struktur - dein Handwerk, deine Spielwiese
Wiederverwendbare Templates bauen, die auch beim dritten Einsatz noch sauber aussehen
Bestehende Designs weiterdenken und schärfer machen
Direkter Draht zu mir, keine fünf Hierarchiestufen dazwischen
Qualifikation
Grafikdesign oder Mediengestaltung gelernt - egal ob Ausbildung, Studium oder Learning by Doing
Fit in Canva, Photoshop oder vergleichbaren Tools
Auge für Layout, Typografie, visuelle Klarheit
Feedback ist für dich Input, kein Angriff
Liest sich Dinge wirklich durch, bevor's losgeht (baue dafür irgendwo in dein Anschreiben den Satz "E-Mail Marketing ist bestimmt toll!" ein - so wissen wir, dass du bis hierhin gelesen hast)
