Job Overview As a Generative Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the Senior Art Director and other Design Leads to produce high-quality, print-ready artwork across a variety of product formats. This role blends traditional design and illustration skills with new AI-powered workflows. You dont need prior experience using AI for design, well provide training and support, but you do need a strong eye for composition, color theory, and detail, as well as the curiosity to explore new creative tools. What Youll Do Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Senior Art Director and other Design Leads to interpret creative briefs and produce production-ready artwork. Generate, refine, and adapt designs using AI platforms (training provided). Apply strong design fundamentals and digital tools to improve and polish AI-generated outputs. Prepare, organize, and deliver files optimized for print production. Ensure artwork aligns with brand standards and creative direction. Stay current with emerging AI design tools and share learnings with the team. What You Should Have Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements Strong graphic design and/or digital illustration portfolio showcasing abilities in digital art making skills and creative approaches to composition and design. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required, Illustrator and InDesign preferred). Solid understanding of layout and print production basics. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while collaborating remotely. Curiosity and adaptability; willing to learn AI-assisted design workflows. Proficiency or fluency with written and spoken English What You Can Expect Working Conditions Position requires long-term, full-time position with fully remote work, scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Central Standard Time. Position requires regular, continuous use of computer. Position requires regular sitting and standing. Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, Zoom, Slack, or email.
