Email Graphic Designer

Job Summary The email graphic designer will be responsible for the graphic design and build-out of email marketing for clients. As an email graphic designer, you will be responsible for designing the emails, presenting designs, making revisions, and creating the emails in Klaviyo. Duties Design new email pop-ups for clients Coordinate with email strategist to develop new email templates for flows and campaigns Analyze what creatives have worked the best in the past for pop-ups, email flows, and email campaigns Help to guide creative direction with clients Work with email strategist to increase CTRs and increase overall revenue for clients Strategize with email strategist to improve email marketing performance Help to guide clients on new creative requirements and ideas Help guide new creative strategies and tests Help to establish a standard set of KPIs Optimize emails for both mobile AND desktop Adhere to email marketing + design best practices Build out emails on Klaviyo Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Minimum of 2 years of experience working with e-commerce brands Deep understanding of Klaviyo Experience with adherence to brand standards Experience with design software like Photoshop, Figma, and In Design Approach each day with a sense of urgency and purpose Experience with project management software like ClickUp Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Perks Flexible working hours Remote working Room to grow - we're an early stage start-up with a proven track record Competitive compensation About Us At Escend Media, we help D2C brands implement retention strategies that increase profit and drive customer retention.
