Digital Designer (Web & Growth)

Natural Cycles° is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first birth control app, used by millions globally. We're looking for a Digital Designer to join our Web team who combines strong visual design skills with a marketing mindset. This is a role where both craft and conversion matter. You'll design web experiences where millions of women first encounter our product. From landing pages to ongoing A/B tests across the site, you'll own the work end-to-end: concept, design, ship, learn, iterate. Some weeks you'll be deep in Figma refining a hero section or designing a page for a product launch. Others, you'll be reviewing test results with the team and deciding what to try next. You'll collaborate with other designers, product managers, marketers, and engineers in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. You'll work on big strategic projects as well as short, iterative A/B tests where you'll see the impact of your work right away. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing Design web experiences and pages that help women discover, trust, and get started with Natural Cycles — work that educates and converts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and A/B test web elements, focusing on key metrics like lead generation and conversion rates Manage the full design lifecycle, from initial concepts and user journey mapping to wireframing and high-fidelity mockups Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure impact Contribute to our design system, brand, and broader design initiatives What skills and experience we think you have Minimum of 4 years of web design experience with a portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing sites or conversion-focused flows Growth mindset: an understanding of marketing strategies and user psychology, and a passion for driving user acquisition through design A data-driven approach, with the ability to use data to inform design decisions and measure impact Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite Self-motivation and curiosity, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment Nice-to-Haves: Experience collaborating closely with marketing or growth teams Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) Experience contributing to design systems Interest in using AI tools in your workflow Familiarity with user research and usability testing Experience with web animation (e.g., Lottie) What we offer Flexible work arrangement — you will be part of a team based in and around Stockholm that values effective collaboration and transparent communication, irrespective of work location Professional development — you will collaborate with industry leading developers, promoting continuous growth and skill enhancement Modern technology — you will leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work Impactful projects — you will contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value Commitment to quality — you will join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development Location We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person.
