retentionclub ist eine spezialisierte CRM-Agentur für E-Commerce. Wir helfen Online-Shops dabei, ihre Bestandskunden über E-Mail und WhatsApp besser zu erreichen, zu binden und langfristig Umsatz aufzubauen.
Wir arbeiten vollständig remote, mit direktem Kundenkontakt und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Fachlich wie visuell.
Aufgaben
Worum es in dieser Rolle geht:
Diese Stelle ist keine klassische Grafikstelle.
Dein Schwerpunkt liegt klar im Design – gleichzeitig erwarten wir die Bereitschaft, Marketing nachhaltig zu verstehen und dir dieses Wissen Schritt für Schritt anzueignen.
Das Ziel dieser Rolle ist nicht „schöne E-Mails bauen“, sondern wirkungsvolle Kommunikation gestalten.
Deine Aufgaben:
Gestaltung von E-Mails für E-Commerce-Brands
Übersetzung von inhaltlichen Anforderungen in klare, hochwertige Designs
Weiterentwicklung von Layouts, Strukturen und Design-Standards
Zusammenarbeit mit mir bei der Konzeption von Kampagnen
Mit der Zeit: Einbindung in Kundenprojekte und Austausch auf inhaltlicher Ebene
Design ist dein Einstieg.
Marketing-Verständnis wird ein fester Teil deines Alltags.
Qualifikation
Ein sehr gutes Auge für Gestaltung, Typografie und visuelle Ordnung
Erfahrung im digitalen Design (z. B. Web, E-Mail, Interfaces)
Saubere, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Echten Willen, Marketing zu lernen und zu verstehen
Interesse daran, wie Kommunikation über E-Mail und WhatsApp wirkt
Du brauchst keinen Marketing-Background.
Aber diese Rolle funktioniert nur, wenn du langfristig mehr willst als reines Design.
