📄Description
Responsibilities: End-to-end creative execution Translate briefs into production-ready assets across social graphics, web/product marketing pages, decks, one-pagers, and light motion pieces. Build reusable templates and component libraries (social kits, deck masters, web modules) that speed up turnarounds and keep quality high. Design high-signal, thumb-stopping assets for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other crypto-native channels, tuned to Web3 culture and current narratives. Collaborate with the Content Specialist / Ghost Writer to create cohesive campaigns across posts, threads, carousels, and short explainer clips. Design product marketing pages, UI assets, and basic interactive prototypes that make modular and ZK concepts legible and credible. Produce short-form motion pieces (simple explainers, social loops, event bumpers) as bandwidth and skills allow. Support IRL/event design: signage, booth visuals, merch specs, and asset packets for vendors. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as new surfaces emerge (social, web, motion, events). Enforce spec, file hygiene, and handoff standards so engineering, marketing, and vendors can move quickly. Partner closely with Product, DevRel, and Content to align visual hierarchy, messaging, and launch timelines. Requirements 4+ years as a designer in a global brand, agency, or similarly fast-paced tech/fintech environment, with multi-channel shipped work under tight deadlines. Strong portfolio with previous works Crypto / Web3 familiarity: Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, narratives, and visual language; you’ve been in the ecosystem for a few years, professionally or as a power user. Location: Fully remote; any geography is fine as long as you can reliably deliver and coordinate asynchronously, with some overlap across global time zones.
