Brand Designer

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will use your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and elevate Bamboo’s brand story through our social media platforms, website, blogs, newsletters, campaigns and product launches. You'll visualize and showcase our product, brand, and company values to create a truly stellar experience for diverse audiences across all products for Bamboo’s social media as well as in other creative and useful experiences. You'll design and execute creative deliverables for integrated marketing and digital solutions that promote Bamboo's vision and brand standards, delivering an end-to-end brand experience . What you will be doing: You will uphold and evolve Bamboo’s visual identity across all public-facing communications, ensuring consistency in both online and offline formats. You will play a crucial role in supporting launch creatives and reinforcing our brand’s presence. Contribute to and advocate for Bamboo’s Brand standards, ensuring that all designs are cohesive, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice, tone, and personality. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine and implement these standards across the company. Continuously refine design concepts to ensure Bamboo remains relevant and relatable to our audience(s). You will explore new ideas and approaches, iterating on them to align with brand goals and market trends. Work closely with teams across the organization to craft compelling storytelling that resonates with our customers. You’ll translate sophisticated ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful visual concepts for diverse audiences. Conceptualize and create designs for various online and offline marketing assets, including social campaigns, emails, landing pages, display banners, presentations, print materials, and event-related collateral. Your work will support the broader marketing strategy and drive brand engagement. Lead all stages of the design process, from concept to final execution, solving business and communication challenges with well-considered and visually compelling work. You will be responsible for creating concept sketches, layouts, revising designs, providing feedback, and delivering polished final assets. Pair words and visuals thoughtfully, creating custom graphics, type treatments, and infographics that enhance Bamboo’s brand narrative. Your work will ensure that our visual communication is both effective and aesthetically appealing. Design connected, modular systems that enable faster, more efficient design processes in the future. You will drive improvements to our design system, ensuring it evolves to meet the needs of our products and overall visual design. Who you are: You have 4-6 years of experience in Brand Design. You have a deep understanding of the psychology behind user experiences. You don’t just design; you enhance users’ interactions by integrating elements like interaction design, information architecture, visual interface design, and user-centered design. You contribute to the continuous improvement of our design systems, making them more connected and modular to reduce system design debt and drive future efficiency. You have a keen understanding of industry patterns, knowing when and how to apply them effectively. You are a hands-on, driven individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to advance decisions. Happy with working in a fast paced environment, doing everything possible to meet deadlines. You are known for being a creative problem solver with the attitude that there is no problem that cannot be solved, fixed, or mitigated. You are a skilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and are known to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences.
