Unsere Vision: Die O App verbindet Körper, Psyche und Emotionen und bringt echte Gesundheit in den Alltag von Millionen Menschen - durch einen spezalisierten KI-Assistenten (O Companion) sowie durch In-App-Coaching mit Expert:innen.
Dafür brauchen wir jetzt dich: einen Designer, der mit Leidenschaft und Neugier das App-Design etabliert und das Team auf das nächste Level hebt.
Aufgaben
Gestaltung von Screens, Flows und Komponenten für die O App (iOS & Android)
Entwicklung eines konsistenten UI-Design-Systems von Grund auf
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern und unserem Tech-Lead
Iteratives Design: schnelles Prototyping, Feedback einarbeiten, verbessern
Mitwirken an der visuellen Identität – Farben, Typografie, Animationssprache
Qualifikation
Praktische Erfahrung im UI/UX-Design
Sicherer Umgang mit Figma oder ähnlichen Tools
Gespür für klare, nutzerfreundliche Interfaces – besonders auf Mobile
Ein Blick für Ästhetik, Minimalismus und Funktionalität
Interesse an Gesundheit, Wellness oder Mental Health ist ein Plus
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und kannst deine Entscheidungen erklären
Sprachenkenntnisse: du bist sicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
