Design Managerは、Polaris.AIの1人目デザイナーとして、ブランディングからプロダクトUIUXまで、デザイン領域を包括的にリードするポジションです。

入社時には、オンボーディング資料やキャッチアップ支援を通じて、Polaris.AIのプロダクトとクライアントを理解いただきます。まず既存の資料やプロダクトのデザイン改善に参加し、実務を通じて当社の働き方を体感いただきます。
その後、ご自身の専門性や関心に応じて、キャリアパスは多様に展開します。プロダクトデザインを深化する、ブランディングを統括する、デザインチームを構築する——これらの役割を専任で担うことも、兼任することも可能です。

- •CEO直属で、Mission・Vision・Valuesと接続したブランドコンセプトの策定、ビジュアルアイデンティティの設計を主導します。
- •コーポレートサイト、展示会資料、会社紹介資料など、対外発信における一貫したデザインを担います。
- •自社AIプロダクトのUX戦略策定から、要件定義、情報設計、UIデザインまでを担当します。
- •AIエージェントとの対話モデルやインタラクションデザインにおけるPolaris独自のデザイン原則を確立し、開発チームへ浸透させます。
- •Figma MCP、Claude、Cursorなどを活用したAI駆動デザインプロセスのについても、共に試行錯誤できればと思っております。
- •DDR（Design Decision Records）など、AIと人間の協働を前提としたドキュメント文化の構築を通じて、Design Opsの基盤を整備します。
- •デザインの力で事業や組織を前に進めることに情熱を持つ方
