We are looking for a serious, senior-level AI video creator who can own the full video production pipeline from idea to final delivery. This is not a basic video editing role. This is not for someone who has only played with Runway, made a few AI clips, or added captions to TikToks. We need someone who can take a script or concept and turn it into a finished, high-performing video using a combination of AI generation, ComfyUI workflows, VFX, After Effects, editing, sound design, captions, and performance-ad optimization . The right person should be both highly creative and highly technical. You should be comfortable generating original footage, building AI workflows, choosing the right models, fixing AI problems by hand, compositing in After Effects, editing for retention, adding sound and subtitles, and delivering versions for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, landing pages, and other formats. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will own the full production process, including: Developing video concepts from briefs, scripts, hooks, references, or rough ideas Turning scripts into strong visual sequences, shot plans, and creative directions Generating original video material using AI tools and advanced workflows Building and operating ComfyUI workflows for image and video generation Choosing the right AI video model or tool for each job Creating scenes, characters, backgrounds, product visuals, transitions, effects, and cinematic moments Using AI-generated assets as raw material, then improving them manually until they look professional Compositing, masking, tracking, rotoscoping, cleanup, VFX, and motion work in After Effects or similar tools Editing final videos with strong pacing, structure, hooks, retention, and emotional impact Adding typography, subtitles, captions, sound effects, music, transitions, and finishing polish Cutting videos into multiple aspect ratios, including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9 Creating variants for Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other paid/social channels Optimizing videos for performance, especially thumb-stop, hook rate, watch time, and conversion Testing new models, tools, workflows, plugins, nodes, and production techniques Building repeatable workflows that can produce consistent, high-quality output at scale Required Skills You must have strong hands-on experience with: ComfyUI — required Advanced AI image and video generation workflows Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar editing tools VFX, compositing, tracking, masking, keying, rotoscoping, cleanup, and visual enhancement Motion graphics, typography, animated captions, transitions, and graphic polish Sound design, music selection, audio cleanup, and mixing AI video tools and models such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Luma, Wan, HunyuanVideo, AnimateDiff, CogVideo, Seedance, or similar Stable Diffusion, Flux, SDXL, LoRAs, ControlNet, IPAdapter, inpainting, outpainting, upscaling, interpolation, frame control, and reference-based generation Generating consistent characters, consistent scenes, consistent products, and controlled visual styles Understanding when AI is good enough, when it needs to be regenerated, and when it needs manual VFX/post-production work You do not need to know every tool listed, but you must be deeply experienced in the AI video world and know how to choose the right tool for the creative objective. Technical Requirements We are looking for someone extremely tech-savvy. You should be comfortable with: Installing and managing AI models locally or on cloud GPUs Running ComfyUI on local machines, RunPod, cloud GPUs, or similar environments Working with custom nodes, GitHub repos, dependencies, Python scripts, and command-line tools Debugging broken workflows, model issues, VRAM limits, node conflicts, and rendering problems Modifying workflows instead of relying only on downloaded templates Understanding model strengths, weaknesses, and failure modes Creating repeatable pipelines rather than one-off lucky generations Using automation, batch generation, APIs, or scripting when helpful You do not need to be a full software engineer, but you should be technical enough that coding, Python, GitHub, terminals, model setup, and workflow debugging do not scare you. What “Great” Looks Like In This Role A great candidate can: Take a rough marketing idea and turn it into a polished final video Generate the raw footage themselves instead of waiting for assets Use ComfyUI like a production tool, not a toy Know which model/workflow to use for realism, animation, product shots, characters, cinematic shots, motion, lipsync, stylized scenes, or VFX Fix AI weirdness with compositing, masking, cleanup, editing, or regeneration Make AI video feel intentional, premium, and commercially useful Create videos that perform well as ads, not just videos that look cool Move fast without making sloppy work Keep up with the latest AI video tools and know what is actually production-ready Think like a filmmaker, editor, VFX artist, motion designer, and technical AI operator at the same time This Role Is NOT For Please do not apply if your experience is mainly: Basic social media editing Simple subtitles and jump cuts Canva-style videos Template-based editing only Casual AI experimenting Basic Runway/Pika prompting without deeper workflow control Downloading random ComfyUI workflows without understanding how to modify them Entry-level editing with no serious portfolio We are looking for a real expert.
