AI Video Designer (Talent Pool)

While there may not be an immediate vacancy, we are building a pipeline of skilled AI Video Designers to support future projects. We will still conduct our initial HR interview , and shortlisted candidates will be prioritized once active hiring begins. Why This Role Exists Creative content is a key driver of eCommerce performance. High-quality videos increase engagement, conversions, and revenue. As an AI Video Designer, you’ll contribute directly to producing product videos and ad creatives, combining AI-powered video tools with traditional editing skills. Your work will enable our team to scale production, reduce revisions, and maintain high visual standards. This role is for someone who wants to build, optimize, and scale — not just create one-off videos. What You’ll Own & Build In this role, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics: Producing high-quality AI-assisted product videos that meet internal standards Delivering video edits quickly with minimal revisions Supporting ad and product video initiatives to drive higher engagement Applying best practices in AI video prompting, pipelines, and workflow optimization Collaborating with marketing, creative, and product teams to meet incoming requests efficiently What We’re Looking For We’re excited to work with someone who: Has hands-on experience creating AI product videos and using AI tools daily Brings strong video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) and AI video prompting (JSON, problem-solving). You’re proficient with Flora, Kling AI, and JSON prompting techniques Can produce high-quality outputs at scale, balancing speed and quality Is comfortable in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants) Has a premium version of ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity (a plus!) Works independently with a sharp eye for detail Portfolio Requirement Your portfolio is a strong requirement for this role.
