UXリサーチを実施し、その結果を社内外のパートナーに伝える役割を担っていただきます。ビジネスとユーザーエクスペリエンスに関する洞察が不可欠であり、チーム内でのコラボレーションが重要となります。また、外注リソースを管理し、現実的な結果と理想的な結果のバランスを取りながら、ユーザーエクスペリエンスの原則に沿ったプロジェクトを進めていただきます。
【業務内容】
ユーザーのニーズを理解するための顧客リサーチプロジェクトを実施し、その結果をわかりやすく整理・可視化
プロダクトマネージャーやエンジニアと連携しながら、新規プロダクトの企画・検証を行い、具体的な製品要件へ落とし込む
計画・開発・運用といった各フェーズを通じて、顧客視点のエキスパートとして関与
詳細なプロジェクト計画を立案し、進捗を管理
【必須条件】
関連分野での学士号、または同等の経験
UXリサーチ／UXデザイン／事業企画などのいずれかの分野での実務経験：5年以上
新規サービス・最新市場トレンド・技術トレンドへの高い感度とリサーチスキル
ユーザーインタビューをリード・実施し、要点をまとめて関係者に伝えるスキル
優れたコミュニケーション力、協調性、対人スキル
ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力
【歓迎条件】
デザイン組織での就業経験
ゼロからの新規プロダクト（特にBtoC領域）の事業企画経験
顧客視点での価値検証経験（例：スタートアップのFit Journey、デザイン思考 など）
ハードウェアとソフトウェアが組み合わさった製品の開発経験
自動車業界または関連分野での経験
